In this workshop, we will first consider common learner attitudes towards grammar. We will then explore (with examples from MORE! & ENGLISH Step by Step) a variety of practical strategies and techniques that can help learners to LOVE grammar. How? By investing it with positive qualities and associations, including Learning, Ownership, Vivacity, and Emotions. We will also look at ways of differentiating the learning and spoken production of grammar, so that all students can experience success in ‘slaying the grammar dragon´!
